El polaco es categoría III del FSI, con siete casos, tres géneros y grupos de consonantes que impresionan a primera vista, como «szcz» en szczęście («felicidad»). La buena noticia es que la ortografía es regular: una vez aprendes cómo suenan los dígrafos, lees lo que ves.
